* It's an election year and President George W. Bush might be in for quite a fight to stay in the White House.
* In terms of the market, what President Bush has managed to do is put money back in the hands of investors through tax breaks from dividends, capital gains tax breaks and that is something that a lot of people haven't been able to take advantage of in the past.
* Voters in the U.S. are torn between the devil that they do know, versus the devil that they don't.
* Mr. Cramer is a Democrat and feels that if Senator Kerry were to be elected, he would surprise most people and be more like former president Bill Clinton, which was a great time to own stocks.
* According to Mr. Cramer, President Bush doesn't seem like a regular guy that the public can relate to.
* A lot of people believe that the President can really do something about job growth and the President has pretty much done everything that he can do at this point and it still isn't working.
* Despite the fact that there are more and more jobs being outsourced to places like India and China, the U.S. is still not producing enough jobs.
* Mr. Cramer feels that President Bush has made a lot of countries and people hate the United States.
